Most, if not all, of the methodologies are about software development and although they mention software testing as a part of the development lifecycle, they often (never) detail how software testing is done. It's something that just magically happens and is done by the testing fairy.
Bona Iqiniso is the methodology the testing fairy follows to perform its magic.

Life Cycle

The Bona Iqinsio methodology covers the complete lifecycle of a software product from inception to decomissioning

Quantitative techniques

Objective measurements and the statistical, mathematical, or numerical analysis of data collected through polls, questionnaires, and surveys, or by manipulating pre-existing statistical data using computational techniques

Qualitative techniques

This type of technique "refers to the meanings, concepts, definitions, characteristics, metaphors, symbols, and description of things" and not to their "counts or measures"

Methods

The how-to of Bona Iqiniso, explaining the processes and procedures, the stakeholders, the artefacts, and desired results, and more importantly how to do this in a pragmatic way.

Paradigm

Bona Iqiniso is based on a strong foundation. This foundation, the paradigm of the Bona Iqiniso software testing methodology, contains standards, reference models, examples, templates, etc.
