The rationale for Bona Iqiniso

In the introduction, we already gave the rationale for why Bona Iqiniso as a methodology makes sense, and in the Bona Iqiniso mission & vision statement we defined the four pillars of Bona iqiniso.

Now it is time to discuss the rationale of these 4 pillars.

The Object Management Group maintains the BMM – Business Motivation Model. The Business Motivation Model provides a scheme or structure for developing, communicating, and managing business plans in an organized manner. That’s the reason why also Bona Iqiniso uses BMM to structure and explain itself. The 4 pillars correspond to four areas of the BMM.

• The Application Board – Rationale,
• The Roadmap – Rationale, and
• The testing board – Rationale.
